House League Convenors Needed

The Oakville Hornets' are looking for House League Convenors for the upcoming 2010-11 season.
Convenors are an important part of our House League program. Our convenors working with the House League coaches ensure that players in all divisions have a great all around experience with our program. Convenors are involved throughout the season starting with player drafts, games, player evaluations and assisting in our Championship Day.

House League Coaches Needed

Coaches require a valid police check with vulnerable sector screening through Halton Police Services. Coaching certification classes will be arranged through the Oakville Hornets and the OWHA. Hornets Skills Development Proposals
The Oakville Hornets will be standardizing skills development for the upcoming season. To facilitate this, we are looking for a seasoned skills development coach to direct the program, and on-ice staff to run sessions on Hornets provided ice.
Any skills development coaches who are interested in directing and participating in on-ice skills development across the entire Rep and House League programs are invited to submit a proposal to vpdev@oakvillehornets.on.ca and vpops@oakvillehornets.on.ca. Please indicate the days and times that you would be available, the types of sessions you would be interested in leading (powerskating, shooting, puckhandling, goaltending), and your background.
